1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SugarDaddyOttawa.ca (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. We may require age/identity verification.

3. Accounts & Verification

• You are responsible for your account security and for all activity under your account.
• We may ask for photo/ID verification to prevent fake or automated accounts.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content & Conduct

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or illegal activity.
• No promotion of prostitution or sexual services, explicit sexual content, or non-consensual content.
• Respect boundaries, obtain clear consent, and comply with local laws for online and in-person interactions.
• You own your content but grant us a limited license to host and display it for operating the Service.

5. Safety

Keep conversations in-app until you feel safe, meet in public places, share plans with a trusted contact, and use our report/block tools. We do not screen every user and cannot guarantee outcomes.

6. Payments & Third Parties

Any optional upgrades or third-party services are governed by their own terms. We do not process cash payments between users and are not a party to any private agreements.

7. IP & Takedowns

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@sugardaddyottawa.ca with details; we may remove or restrict content at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Venue and jurisdiction lie in Ontario courts, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date.
